The Science of 10% AHA in High-UV Climates.
Alpha hydroxy acids help loosen dull surface buildup. In Singapore, active body care requires a disciplined PM exfoliation and AM sunscreen routine.

Why 10% Glycolic & Lactic Acid?
A targeted concentration for visible body texture.
At Sorrel, we do not believe in concept ingredients. We use a clinically meaningful 10% concentration of Alpha Hydroxy Acids to help dissolve the bonds holding dull, uneven surface cells together. With consistent use, this supports a smoother-looking appearance on rough-feeling body areas and visible strawberry-skin texture.
PM: Exfoliate with restraint
Apply a thin layer of the 10% AHA Body Lotion to targeted areas after showering. Start 2-3 nights weekly, then increase only if skin feels comfortable.
AM: Protect exposed areas
Because AHAs exfoliate the stratum corneum, fresh-looking skin can be more sun-sensitive. Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ to treated areas exposed to daylight.
Surface renewal
AHA exfoliation helps skin shed dull-looking surface cells more evenly.
Body focus
Body skin can feel rough from friction, dryness and slow surface turnover.
Moisture support
A lotion base keeps the routine comfortable and easier to repeat.
Gradual use
Starting slowly helps skin adapt to exfoliating body care.
Use at night
AHA body care fits naturally after showering in an evening routine.
Protect in the day
Use sunscreen on exposed areas because exfoliating acids can increase sun sensitivity.
Listen to skin
Reduce frequency if skin feels dry, tight or uncomfortable.
